Tuesday, April 15, 2025
Rob Loe has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the New Zealand Breakers.
The local signings continue to flow in for the New Zealand Breakers with reports that big man, Rob Loe, has agreed to a new one-year deal with the club.
ESPN’s Olgun Uluc reported on Monday that the 33-year-old former Breaker will return home to the club where he spent the majority of his NBL career.

Loe, who initially retired from the sport after the Breakers’ heartbreaking championship series loss in 2023, flipped on his decision the following season when he joined Melbourne United as an injury replacement.
He showed enough in that eight game stretch to warrant a new one year deal at United for NBL25.
His return to form came at the right time, with the kiwi big having the second-best scoring season of his career thus far.
Now, the Breakers add another key local piece to their growing roster, further cementing their new path under the fresh ownership.
Taylor Britt, Izayah Le'Afa, Mitch McCarron, Sam Mennenga, Tacko Fall, Max Darling, Carlin Davison, Sean Bairstow, Karim Lopez, Kaia Isaac and Alex McNaught are contracted NBL26 players.
