Josh Bannan completed pre-draft workouts with several NBA teams, and now he has another chance to impress.

Brisbane Bullets young gun Josh Bannan is keen to show the world what he can do at the NBA Summer League, as he prepares to take the court for the Los Angeles Clippers.

While the 23-year-old was overlooked at the Draft, he’s very much been on the radar for NBA teams, completing several workouts over the past two months.

“Playing in the NBA has been a dream of mine all of my life, so I feel very grateful to have this opportunity at Summer League,” Bannan told the Bullets’ website.

“I feel like in my pre-draft workouts I did a good job of showing how I can contribute to an NBA team, and now I’m excited for another chance to do so.

“I’ve definitely grown and improved a lot over this off-season, so I can’t wait to get into camp and Summer League and have a chance to compete.”

Bannan was a revelation in his first season in Brisbane, averaging 11.9 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists a game.

Already committed to the club for next season, he’ll likely play an even more significant role in NBL25.

The NBA’s Summer League tips off on Saturday, Australian time, with every team taking to the court in Las Vegas across the next 10 days.

More than 20 current and former NBL stars will be in action, with NBL Media providing updates via our free app and social media.
