NBL to NBA: The latest Mock Draft

A raft of NBL stars could be on their way to the NBA over the next fortnight.
The NBA Draft is just days away and for some of the NBL’s brightest young stars, their ultimate dream could soon become a reality, according to ESPN’s latest NBA Mock Draft.
Sydney Kings’ Next Star, Alex Toohey, has completed a number of pre-draft workouts in recent weeks and find himself at the 37th pick in the Mock Draft, which means he'll be headed to Detroit (via Toronto). Toohey’s size and impact on both ends has made him a strong option in the second round for NBA teams trying to add versatility and an all-round skillset.
Brisbane Bullets big man Rocco Zikarsky currently sits at pick 41 on the mock, which would see him land at Golden State (via Miami). The tallest player at this year's combine continues to turn heads of NBA teams, as they look at the potential of what a 7'3" 18-year-old could become in his future.
Lachlan Olbrich is perhaps the biggest story of the pre-draft process and continues to make his case to be a late second round pick, after his exceptional performances.
ESPN’s mock draft has the Hawks’ big man going at pick 50 to the New York Knicks (via Memphis) in what would be an incredible story for 21-year-old NBL champion.
With the latest date of withdrawals passed, all eyes turn towards June 25 at Barclays Center when the draft begins.
