17-year-old phenom, Roman Siulepa, attracted a large group of NBL representatives and NBA scouts at a high-school basketball tournament on the Gold Coast.
The 6’7 forward had the basketball world on the sidelines at the Champion Basketball School of Queensland tournament, as the race to recruit him heats up.
Among those watching on were the Cairns Taipans, Adelaide 36ers and Illawarra Hawks - all teams currently without a Next Star.
Siulepa signed with the Tasmania JackJumpers earlier this year, but mutually parted ways.
