Nicolas Tata

The Melbourne local has an impressive presence around the rim at both ends of the floor and now has a first chance in the NBL as a Nominated Replacement Player with Melbourne United.

The 6'10 centre who will turn 26 years of age during NBL26 grew up in Melbourne and started playing in the NBL1 South back in 2022 at the Dandenong Rangers.

He made the move to the Nunawading Spectres in 2023 where he has remained since including producing 6.4 points and 5.2 rebounds a game in 2025.

He has built a reputation as a strong finisher with powerful dunks up one end and with eye-catching blocks at the other, and after being a training player last season, now officially joins United for NBL26 awaiting an opportunity.
