Kendric Davis rose to the occasion on Sunday, producing a huge double-double to steer the Kings to victory over the 36ers.
The Hungry Jack’s NBL26 Championship Series was one for the ages, with neither Sydney nor Adelaide taking a backward step across the five games.
In the Series decider, overtime was needed to seal the Kings’ 12-point win, in front of the competition’s biggest-ever crowd.
The star of the show at Qudos Bank Arena was Series MVP Kendric Davis, who tallied 35 points, 14 assists, 1 rebound and 1 steal on the day.
That marked the second-straight game the American guard had produced 35 points and 14 assists, highlighting the incredible impact he had on the Kings’ sixth title.
