Europcar has renewed its partnership with the NBL as its Official Rental Car Partner until the end of the 2026-27 season.
The National Basketball League (NBL) has today announced a renewed partnership with Europcar, confirming the brand as the Official Rental Car Partner of the Hungry Jack’s NBL through the end of the 2026–27 season.
Under the agreement, Europcar proudly continues its commitment to the NBL’s referees, championing their vital role in the game’s success both on and off the court.
The partnership also celebrates excellence through the Referee of the Year Award and provides essential support services including preferred vehicle rental for league operations.
The partnership connects Europcar with trust, professionalism and integrity through its long-standing alignment with the referees, while helping the NBL move players, coaches, officials, partners and fans across Australia and New Zealand.
“Europcar has been a trusted partner since 2015 and continues to play an invaluable role in how our league travels and operates,” said Shenae Beus, NBL Chief Partnerships Officer.
“This renewal keeps a trusted brand at the heart of the game through our referees and ensures our teams, officials and fans can rely on quality, flexible mobility as we deliver another massive NBL season.”
Avdyl Kamberi, Managing Director at Europcar Australia and New Zealand, said, "We are excited to continue our partnership with the NBL for another two years."
"We're committed to supporting the entire NBL community, from players and staff to the dedicated fans across Australia and New Zealand, with the mobility solutions that suit them when they need it.
"Having witnessed the league's remarkable growth firsthand over the last 11 years, we are eager to see what the future holds and to continue being a part of its success."
