100-game milestone beckons for NBL superstar

NBL superstar Milton Doyle will play his 100th NBL match tonight when Melbourne takes on Sydney.
NBL superstar Milton Doyle will chalk up his 100th NBL game on Wednesday night, when his Melbourne United battle the Sydney Kings at Qudos Bank Arena.
The now 31-year-old joined the NBL ahead of the 2022-23 season, where he helped the Tasmania JackJumpers reach the semi-final series, where they lost in three games to New Zealand.
The next season, the Loyola Chicago alum helped the JackJumpers create history by winning their first-ever NBL championship, outlasting Melbourne United 3-2 in the Championship Series.
Doyle went on to play three seasons and make 96 appearances for Tasmania, before his high-profile off-season move to United ahead of the NBL26 campaign.
Through his first 99 NBL appearances, the former Brooklyn Net has averaged 15.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.
United's Ignite Cup game with the Kings tips off at 7.30pm AEDT, live on ESPN.
