The New Zealand Breakers take on the Illawarra Hawks, as pre-season continues at The Stockyard, in Pukekohe, New Zealand.

Mody Maor bas brought in plenty of local talent for NBL23, with Tom Vodanovich and Izayah Le'Afa amongst the new additions, while Barry Brown reportedly had a huge game in a scrimmage against the Hawks on Thursday.

All eyes will be on French Next Star Rayan Rupert, who could be headed to the NBA in the next 12 months, while Jarrell Brantley comes with plenty of hype.

At the Hawks, imports Mangok Mathiang. Justin Robinson and George King will be key, while Tyler Harvey and Sam Froling are mainstays who have been a key part of the Hawks' success in recent years.

Wani Swaka Lo Buluk and Deng Deng will be looking to impress after crossing over in free agency.
