With NBL1 conferences across the country, NBL players are front and centre suiting up for various teams with all the action live and free to watch on the NBL1 App and NBL1.com.au.
The season is quickly heading towards the business end, and a number of NBL stars put in strong performances as their NBL1 sides jostle for finals positioning.
The best viewing came in the NBL1 North clash between Ipswich and Gold Coast, where a brutally physical performance by Ipswich and Cairns centre Majok Deng helped his side overcome an in-form Rollers side that possessed Brisbane’s Jason Cadee, DJ Mitchell and Tanner Krebs.
Deng put up 44 of his side’s 118 points while also pulling down 15 rebounds in the dominant performance. He shot over 71 per cent from the field and made four of his seven three pointers.
Despite suffering a loss in the clash Gold Coast’s star trio still performed strongly. Cadee finishing with 39 points and nine assists, Mitchell with 31 points and 11 rebounds, and Krebs with 25 points and five rebounds.

Tasmania’s newest signing, injury replacement Isaac White, was also a strong contributor to Ipswich’s win and finished with 29 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.
With the announcement of import signing Xavier Rathan-Mayes to Melbourne United, Shea Ili put a strong case forward to be his team’s starting point guard in the upcoming season with two good performances for Sandringham in NBL1 South.
He finished just shy of a high scoring double double against Hobart with 28 points and nine assists, before racking up 12 points and 13 assists against North West Tasmania.
One of United’s other guards, Makuach Maluach also performed strongly in his team’s double header.
He had 19 points and 10 rebounds against Rockhampton before recording 33 points, seven rebounds and four steals against Mackay.
Bullets forward Keanu Pinder has continued to dominate for the Northside Wizards with another pair of brilliant performances over the weekend.
The athletic forward finished with 17 points and 20 rebounds in just 25 minutes of action against Brisbane before following up with 16 points and 11 board against Rip City.
