NBL players are front and centre, suiting up for a multitude of teams across the NBL1.
The Dandenong Rangers secured an impressive Elimination Final win against the Knox Raiders with a tight score of 98-91 on Saturday night down South. Mason Peatling notched 19 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks. Peatling and the Rangers will play the Ballarat Miners in the Semi-Finals.
The Sandringham Sabres emerged victorious against the Mt Gambier Pioneers in the Qualifying Final, winning 75-59. United’s Shea Ili led the Sabres with 22 points, contributing to their team's control of the boards with 52 rebounds compared to Mt Gambier's 41.
New Zealand Breakers’ Dane Pineau was strong off the glass as he tallied 13 rebounds in the Sabres win. He also finished with 8 points and 3 blocks.
Akech Aliir was a notable performer for Mt Gambier with 19 points and 9 boards.
The Eltham Wildcats edged out Geelong United 86-81, with Angus Glover leading the charge with 25 points, while Phoenix teammate Owen Foxwell contributed 20 points.
NBL1 North’s Southern Districts secured a decisive 93-69 win against Logan, with Bullets’ big Tyrell Harrison impressing with 22 points and a massive 24 rebounds, leading the charge in both scoring and on the boards.
In the NBL1 Central, the West Adelaide Bearcats defeated the Central District Lions 110-98. Tasmania JackJumpers champions Anthony Drmic and Fabijan Krslovic powered through the conference’s Elimination Final.
Drmic recorded a massive 39 points and grabbed 3 rebounds, while Krslovic added 26 points.

The Forestville Eagles soared to a commanding 106-85 victory over Jacob Rigoni and Ben Griscti’s Sturt Sabres. Rigoni scored 22 points and 6 rebounds, while Griscti tallied 26 points and 8 rebounds.
