Melbourne United coach Dean Vickerman has revealed the plan for his squad ahead of this week’s pre-season games against the Brisbane Bullets.

The two teams will face off in Ballarat on Thursday night and Casey on Saturday night, as preparations ramp up ahead of the regular season.

It will be the first time fans get a glimpse at United’s new-look lineup and Vickerman says majority of the team will be playing across the two games.

“Injury wise, we've been pretty good. Mason Peatling took some knee surgery and we saw him on the court for the first time (Monday),” Vickerman said.

“Out of our 12 rostered guys, we'll probably see 11 of those, plus our three development players will be with us as well. We will be pretty close to a full roster.

“We've got two games so we can spread some minutes over the two games for all our guys. We certainly don't want to put anyone at risk at this time by playing anyone extended minutes.

“We want to be pretty short and sharp with our minutes and make sure we're effective.”

Isaac Humphries is likely to make his first appearance in United colours, while all eyes will be on imports Rayjon Tucker, Jordan Caroline and Xavier Rathan-Mayes, as they look to provide a taste of what's to come in NBL23.
