Bruton excited for Sotto’s NBA future

“I'll be having some popcorn watching him and sending him messages while he's in the NBA,” Bruton said via MSN Sports.
Kings ready for road test
The Sydney Kings are ready to tackle a four game in eight days stretch, including three road games, according to guard Dejan Vasiljevic.
“There’s just such a good vibe. It’s something new. I think being on the road, spending more time together, even though we haven’t had much preparation on the court for New Zealand, I think we will still be prepared. We are so competitive in practice and it just translates on the court. We have so much confidence,” Vasiljevic said via the Sydney Morning Herald.
JackJumpers not giving up finals hopes
The Tasmania JackJumpers are not giving up on their chances of making the finals.
“We’ve got to take care of what we can control, and not matter what happens in other games, if we don’t keep winning, we’re no shot,” captain Clint Steindl said via The Mercury.
Reath has better understanding of NBL
Illawarra Hawks coach Brian Goorjian believes star Duop Reath has gained a better understanding of how he can impact NBL games.
“He really has come on and found his understanding of our team and getting a better understanding of the NBL,” Goorjian said via the Illawarra Mercury.
Bullets focused on strong finish
Brisbane Bullets coach James Duncan has challenged his players to finish the season in a strong fashion after last night’s win in Adelaide.
“That was the message going forward after that game and we wanted to show our fans, and our members that we care and are still believing and playing and working hard. The guys focused in on the right things tonight and the result is nice,” Duncan said.
