Travers has NBA at doorstep

Luke Travers has his NBA dream at his doorstep, with the Perth Wildcats surrounding the wunderkind with coaches and executives who have worked in the NBA.

Cats eye championship

New Wildcats coach Scott Morrison is looking beyond extending the club’s finals streak to 36 straight seasons, declaring to the AAP that “there's no reason why we can't aim for a championship”.

Brisbane embraces underdogs tag

Brisbane Bullets import Robert Franks has no issues with pundits writing the team off before the season starts, saying “we know we’re overlooked but there’s nothing wrong with being the underdog”.
