The NBL and 2K have extended their partnership.

The Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League (NBL) is pleased to announce 2K, the global video game publisher, is renewing its deal as the Official Video Game Partner of the competition.

“Our partnership with 2K has been a fantastic way to continue growing the game of basketball in Australia and New Zealand in so many ways,” NBL Chief Partnerships Officer, Lauren Hansen, said.

“As we enter a new year with 2K as a partner, we look forward to growing the NBL fanbase even further with them, expanding the community of 2K across the globe.”

The continuation of the partnership will enable further support and promotion for NBL Oz Gaming - the first Australian professional team to join the 2K League – after they made a miraculous run to the Finals this past season.

NBL jerseys will also return for the second year in a row and be available for MyPLAYER apparel in 2K24 from the Dicks Sporting Goods store.

NBL fans will also be able to participate in a new trivia game on the League’s digital platforms, which will include a tie-in to the 2K24 product, with exciting prizes on offer.

The 2023/24 Hungry Jack’s NBL Season begins on Thursday, September 28, when Melbourne United hosts the South East Melbourne Phoenix at John Cain Arena.
