Adelaide 36ers star forward Robert Franks has lauded fellow import Craig Randall II for sharing the spotlight to start the season.
Randall II leads the NBL in scoring, averaging 23.3 points per game. His red hot shooting helped the 36ers to wins over the Illawarra Hawks and Sydney Kings, as he becomes one of the league's must-watch players.
Randall II is also leading Adelaide in assists per game with four, showing he is sharing the ball as well as scoring it.
“He’s (Craig Randall II) been obviously electric, as everybody has seen in the first two games,” Franks said on Randall II’s hot performances.
“You never know who’s gonna be hot and right now he’s playing extremely well.
“It just helps a guy like me that everybody comes to contribute, and we’re not asking me to make a miracle with this team.
“Obviously, we’re so well rounded and talented so it’s being on your A-game, trying to do whatever you can do for the team.
“You have a lot of guys that you know can do a lot and you don’t have so much pressure on yourself."

Franks is a key piece of a well-rounded and talented 36ers squad who have won their last two games.
Adelaide recorded a 92-88 win over the reigning champion Kings last Friday, solidifying the talent on coach CJ Bruton’s roster.
“Knowing the guys are just as talented as you, so just being here and being present and being able to play with my abilities,” Franks said.
Franks added the lifestyle in Adelaide suits his chilled persona.
“It’s more laid back. (I’m) more of a calm, chill guy so just fits right in,” he said.
“I’m loving it.”
The 36ers host the New Zealand Breakers on Friday night at 7:30pm AEDT at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
