The Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League (NBL) is pleased to announce Europcar will continue as the league’s Official Car Rental Partner for the seventh consecutive year.

The partnership will see NBL referees continue to wear iconic green Europcar uniforms as the league’s ‘Unofficial 11th Team’.

“We are thrilled Europcar has renewed its partnership with the league for the seventh straight year,” NBL Chief Commercial Officer Brad Joyner said.

“Europcar has been a trusted partner of the NBL family since 2015 and has been a key contributor to the league’s immense recent growth.

“We value Europcar’s trust and faith in the NBL as it continues to join the journey we are on, and we look forward to providing great benefits to Europcar and our fans.

“There has never been a better time to partner with the NBL. Interest in basketball is soaring after the NBL’s new historic media deal and the Australian Boomers’ Olympic bronze medal and we can’t wait for the new season to begin on December 3.”

“With such a proud and passionate history, combined with the continued growth in popularity of the game, we are delighted to extend our long-term partnership with the NBL for the upcoming 2021/2022 season,” Europcar Australia and New Zealand’s Managing Director Benoit Garel said.

“The basketball community is important to Europcar and we look forward to offering a range of innovative mobility products and services to players, coaches, referees, support staff, partners and most importantly fans. Our team will continue to be proud to see the referees wearing their iconic green Europcar uniforms live on gameday, on television and across various social media channels.”
