Creek confirms return date

South East Melbourne Phoenix leader Mitch Creek will return on Saturday night against the Brisbane Bullets.

Creek has missed the past three games due to a left knee complaint which he sustained in Round 11 against Melbourne United.

“I am back, I’m 100% now,” Creek said.

"I did my scrimmages, got through all my tests and everything yesterday (Tuesday). Now it’s about getting into a rhythm with the boys and start playing basketball again.

“I’m excited to be back this next game and start playing basketball again.”

The Phoenix went 1-2 in Creek's absence. 

Creek will suit up and play the Bullets on Saturday night at 8:00pm AEDT. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN via Kayo.
