Cairns vs New Zealand set to go ahead

The NBL gives a safety update on the Cairns v Breakers Friday night game.

The NBL has been advised the Cairns airport has reopened this morning, allowing New Zealand to fly out of Brisbane to Cairns ahead of tomorrow night’s game with the Taipans.

The League will continue to work with local authorities, the Taipans and Convention Centre to ensure the game is safe to play in the wake of cyclone Jasper.
