The Brisbane Bullets have signed Jacob Holt on a three-year deal.

The Brisbane Bullets have added collegiate star Jacob Holt to their roster for NBL26, signing the 6'10" forward on a three-year deal.

Holt played with Sacramento State last season, where he averaged 16.3 points per game and 6.9 rebounds. He was also recognised and named in the Second Team All-Big Sky Conference.

Holt will join the Bullets as a local player, with his Australian citizenship status still pending. His mother is of Australian-Croatian heritage.

“I’m very excited to start my pro career as a Bullet and continue to develop in all aspects. Can’t wait to learn and grow,” Holt said.

“I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about the team, the fans, and the city, and it’s extra special knowing I have family ties to Australia - my mum was born in Sydney and partly grew up there. I can’t wait to represent the Bullets and contribute to something big.”

“Jacob is a powerful and skilled forward who plays with a high motor and brings versatility to our frontcourt," Bullets head coach Stu Lash said.

“He’s shown the ability to score efficiently, rebound at a high level, and defend multiple positions. His skill set will be a huge asset for our group, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to Brisbane.”

Holt is expected to arrive in Brisbane ahead of pre-season training and will complete his Communication Studies degree this summer, before making the full-time move.
