Biography

For a career that saw him start as a development player at two clubs, he has become one the NBL's greats and the Melbourne United captain is showing no signs of slowing down.

After being born in Launceston, moved to Brisbane as an eight-year-old and ended up getting his first NBL opportunity as a development player at the Brisbane Bullets as part of the championship team of 2007.

Joined the Perth Wildcats for 2008/09 still as a development player before earning a first full contract in 2009/10 and he's never looked back. Spent three seasons with the Gold Coast Blaze as a dangerous shooter and purer scorer before going to the next level at the Melbourne Tigers.

That included a 50-point game against the Sydney Kings in 2014 and has been a tremendous leader, shooting guard and offensive weapon at Melbourne United since 2015/16.

Captained United to championships in NBL18 and NBL21, he was Grand Final MVP in 2018 and across his 444-game career in the league he has made more three-pointers than any player in the 40-minute game era.

Has also been a regular member of the Australian Boomers including the bronze medal winning team at the Tokyo Olympic Games with his NBL24 season as good as ever earning selection in the All-First Team for a third time.
