NBL Appeal Granted

An Independent Full Member Tribunal has granted an appeal regarding the findings of Perth Wildcats’ centre Matthew Hodgson's original tribunal held on Friday. 

The Hungry Jack’s NBL decided to challenge Hodgson's three game ban (two games suspended) for two counts of striking during the game against the Sydney Kings in Round 9. That finding was handed down by an Independent Single Member Tribunal.

The appeal will be conducted via written submissions, with all prior evidence taken into account. The matter is expected to be concluded prior to the Wildcats' next game on Saturday night against Melbourne United.
