The Hungry Jack’s National Basketball League advises the Game Review Panel (GRP) has completed its assessment of Sunday's Sydney Kings v Perth Wildcats game, and has handed down the following sanctions:
Matthew Hodgson (Perth Wildcats) – was charged with striking twice and engage in melee/brawl.
Hodgson has been referred directly to a Single Member Tribunal. Details on the tribunal hearing will be provided tomorrow.
Xavier Cooks (Sydney Kings) – was charged with engage in melee/brawl.
As this was his second offence, Cooks has been issued with a $1000 fine, but he accepted a $750 fine with an early guilty plea.
Jarell Martin (Sydney Kings) – was charged with engage in melee/brawl.
As this was his first offence, Martin has been issued with a $500 fine, but he accepted a $375 fine with an early guilty plea.
Wani Swaka Lo Buluk (Sydney Kings) – was charged with engage in melee/brawl.
As this was his first offence, Swaka Lo Buluk has been issued with a $500 fine, but he accepted a $375 fine with an early guilty plea.
Jaylen Adams (Sydney Kings) – was charged with engage in melee/brawl.
As this was his first offence, Adams has been issued with a $500 fine, but he accepted a $375 fine with an early guilty plea.
