Sydney Kings & MAD Basketball join forces

The Sydney Kings are pleased to announce a new relationship between the club and MAD Basketball, an innovative and dynamic basketball training organisation for athletes of all ages and ability.   MAD Basketball operates basketball camps and academy programs all over Sydney, with involvement in the inner west, northern suburbs, south west and north west.   Sydney Kings Managing Director Jeff Van Groningen welcomes MAD Basketball and believes their philosophy matches well with the team’s approach.   “MAD Basketball is striving strongly to be an industry leader. They are results driven and aim to improve skill levels across all ages. I know we’ve both got great success ahead of us and MAD Basketball is honoured to become part of team.”   “Leadership, skill development and teaching the kids the right way to succeed are our objectives. We want to set high expectations and high goals and more importantly show the kids that anything is possible – if you put your mind to it and apply discipline”, Mr Khalil said.   MAD Basketball's commitment to the Kings sees them become a sponsorship partner at the significant "Foundation Sponsor" level.   Sydney Kings players and coaches will throughout the year attend MAD Basketball  camps and academy sessions, providing additional expertise and experience to assist the MAD Basketball coaching staff.
