Swisse partners with NBL to launch Swisse NBL Finals Series

As the NBL drives towards the pointy end of the regular season, we are delighted to announce Australia’s number one vitamin and herbal brand Swisse Wellness, has signed on as major partner of the 2015/16 NBL Finals Series. The Swisse NBL Finals will begin on February 18th with three teams currently vying for the final two spots to join CTI Melbourne United and Perth Wildcats in the top four. The Swisse NBL Finals Series will see the top four teams take on each other in two three-match semi-finals series before the winners of each play off in a three-game grand final series for the Championship. Executive Director of the National Basketball League, Larry Kestelman said the Swisse partnership epitomized the key ingredients for an exciting and hugely successful finals series. “Swisse is passionate about making people healthier and happier. Their philosophy that nutrition and attitude are at the heart of getting the most out of life aligns with the NBL’s vision for our finals series and ultimately the future growth of our great sport.” “Our players must train to exacting standards to get the most out of their bodies for elite performance. To reach the finals after a long and arduous NBL season, they will have put their bodies on the line week in, week out, and must manage their health and wellbeing in order to peak at the appropriate time.” “If people thought they had seen it all during the regular season, they need to hold on to their hats for our finals campaign. The incredible athleticism of our players will move up a notch as they eye the ultimate prize while our pre and in-game entertainment, high-profile Australian performers and cheerleaders will keep everyone on the edge of their seats whether they are in the stands or watching on Fox Sports.” Swisse has long lent its gravitas to major sporting events and teams across Australia, including the Olympics, Victorian Racing Club and AFL. “We are dedicated to supporting great Australian sport and are delighted to partner with NBL for such an exciting event. We love how engaged and passionate the Australian basketball community is, and are looking forward to sharing our healthy and happy message with them throughout the finals, “ Swisse Director of Sales & Marketing Michael Howard said.
