REPORT: Gloves are on as Phoenix star re-signs

South East Melbourne star Angus Glover has reportedly signed a two-year extension with the club.
Fresh off helping the South East Melbourne Phoenix reach Game 3 of their Playoff Series with Adelaide, one of their stars has reportedly extended his contract with the club.
According to ESPN’s Olgun Uluc, Angus Glover has signed a two-year extension with the Heartland club, through to the end of the Hungry Jack’s NBL28 season.
Glover, who was recently crowned the NBL’s Sixth Man of the Year, is averaging a career-high 10.7 points and 81.8 from the free-throw line this season.
The re-signing of two-time champion Glover sees him join Nathan Sobey, Jordi Hunter, Owen Foxwell, DJ Mitchell, and Ellis Bigger (club option) on Josh King’s roster for next season.
Glover, who had 10 points in Saturday's win, and his Phoenix travel to Adelaide for Game 3 on Tuesday night, tipping off at 7.30pm AEDT, live on ESPN.
