Adelaide 36ers star Nick Rakocevic has been handed a one-game suspension by the NBL's Game Review Panel.

The incident during the third quarter, in which he made contact with New Zealand's Mojave King was graded as intentional, low impact, and high contact.

Rakocevic could be available to play against Melbourne United on Wednesday night, should the club accept an early plea and $1,550 fine.

The Panel's findings were as follows:

The Game Review Panel (GRP) has made a determination on Adelaide 36ers player Nick Rakocevic, following an incident during Wednesday's Adelaide v New Zealand Breakers game, charged with Striking.

The GRP has classified Rakocevic's conduct as intentional, low impact, and high contact.

The base penalty is a one-game suspension, with an early guilty plea option of a $1,550 fine. Adelaide has the option to accept the early guilty plea or appeal.
