South East Melbourne Phoenix signing Tanner Krebs could be set for time on the sidelines, after sustaining an injury in the NBL1 last week.

The club will provide further updates in the coming days.

“Tanner Krebs has sustained a stress reaction to his fibula bone in his lower leg during his NBL1 game for Casey Cavaliers on Sunday,” the Phoenix said via X.

“A more accurate return to play timeline will be provided in the coming days.”

Krebs made the switch across from crosstown rivals Melbourne United recently, having averaged 8 points and 3.3 rebounds a game during the Hungry Jack’s NBL26 Season.
