  How long have you lived in the city?  I'm in my 6th year living in Wollongong now.   Where is your favourite spot to:  Have a late breakfast: The Green Room cafe at South Beach, perfect for a lazy breakfast before a swim   Go for lunch? His Boy Elroy in Globe Lane. Great burgers and a sneaky beer while you watch NBA games with other basketball junkies during their lunch breaks.   Take someone for dinner? North Beach Pavilion, right on the beach for amazing woodfire pizza cooked by Italians.   Go for a drink? The Throsby is the perfect wine bar. They have a hand picked wine selection with the owners always up for a chat. Impressive salumi platters too.   Go for some fun? Thursday night the mall hosts Eat Street Markets, which is a selection of stalls from local restaurants. Great for a grazing dinner.   Shop? If the new mall in Wollongong doesn't have what you need, then Stockland Shellharbour should and is only a short drive away.   Any hidden gems? One of my favourite beaches is The Farm/ Killalea State Park, it's a beach within a picturesque cove that anywhere else in the world would be swarmed with tourists. Nice slow rolling waves.   Where is the best coffee? I find Lower East on Crown at to be the best coffee in town   What is the one thing people should do when visiting? Simple.
