Two tiers of limited ticketing facing the court and encompassing the majority north end of the RAC Arena are available for fans to enjoy an elevated food, wine, sporting and music experience for a night to remember.

Premium viewing tickets will start from $275 and will be a fully catered and all-inclusive experience on the custom built Boombox Upper Deck. The Boombox Lower Bowl tickets will start from $40 and will be adjacent to the court and in close proximity to the Boombox, so fans can enjoy both basketball and music elements.

The Boombox will also be in place for Friday night’s WNBL/NBL double-header, with more details to be announced soon.

Hayden James said: "Every time I play in Perth there's always great energy! I'm looking forward to being a part of the first ever HoopsFest and showcasing some of my new music from my upcoming album ‘We Could Be Love’ from the Boombox.

“It's an awesome design. It's going to be a cool experience watching from the lower bowl or upper deck during the game and then after we're going to put on an awesome show for the fans.

“I’m a hoops fan and it’s been crazy to see the talent come in and out of the league over the past few years and I’m looking forward to the 24/25 season.”

James’ Perth Boombox stage sets will be his first performance after his new album release just days before, also dropping his hits that shot him up the music charts including ‘Something About You’ and ‘Just Friends’.

Music and sport fans alike are encouraged to purchase tickets quickly to avoid disappointment, with HoopsFest now truly the best value entertainment in Perth during the school holidays, celebrating basketball and its culture.

NBL Chief Fans, Club and Strategy Officer, Anthony Everard, said: “The additions of the RAC Arena Boombox and Hayden James will help elevate the HoopsFest experience to another level.

“HoopsFest will unite all elements of basketball, with entertainment and music being crucial to that. We want to ensure fans attending HoopsFest have an experience like no other and one that is different to their regular NBL game day.

“The Boombox will be a once in a lifetime experience and allow fans to indulge in one of the most unique ways to enjoy an NBL game. Award-winning artist and DJ Hayden James will bring a great vibe and energy to the stadium, and fans are encouraged to buy their ticket to the Boombox early to avoid disappointment and experience everything HoopsFest has to offer.”

WA Deputy Premier and Minister for Tourism, Rita Saffioti, said: “Having Hayden James performing courtside, plus a custom-built Boombox is another unique and exciting element for this event, and will only add to the incredible atmosphere we’re expecting at RAC Arena.

“HoopsFest is shaping up to be a massive weekend of basketball, and is another great opportunity for us to showcase Western Australia to all the people that travel here for this exciting event.”
