Sydney Kings’ Jaylin Galloway has sparked NBA interest, according to insider Marc Stein.

Sydney Kings young gun Jaylin Galloway has sparked significant NBA interest, according to sports correspondent Marc Stein.

The 21-year-old has reportedly caught the attention of scouts after an impressive season, in which he was nominated for the NBL's Most Improved Player Award.

Stein said clubs were drawn to Galloway's "considerable defensive potential".

“One name I’ve been advised to monitor is American-born Aussie swingman Jaylin Galloway. The 6-foot-6 forward just completed his NBL season with the Sydney Kings this week and is said to be generating NBA interest,” he said on The Stein Line.

Galloway upped his production significantly across NBL24, averaging 10.4 points 3.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals, in 22.9 minutes of action.

He lined up on 22 occasions for the Kings, clearly taking plenty of learnings from his Summer League experience with the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Ever since, NBA teams have been keeping a close watch on the 21-year-old.
