DC Multiverse Round is upon us, and your favourite NBL teams are set to rep some of the most iconic heroes ever seen.

Former boy wonder and now hero in his own right, Nightwing, will grace Adelaide's jerseys.

Dick Grayson was the original Robin and sidekick of Batman, before he graduated to his new identity to keep the citizens of both Gotham and Bludhaven save from crime.

Blue Beetle is one of the latest heroes to earn his own blockbuster movie in the DC Extended Universe.

Three heroes have fought crime under the pseudonym of 'Blue Beetle' - Ted Kord, Dan Garret and, most recently, Jaime Reyes.

Shazam, also known as Captain Marvel, is the alter-ego of Billy Batson - a child who becomes empowered with the abilities of Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles and Mercury when he utters the phrase 'Shazam'.

Illawarra will, fittingly, rep Hawkman on their jerseys DC Multiverse Round.

Hawkman has one of the most extensive histories of any character in the DC universe, and can trace his beginnings back to Ancient Egypt through Prince Khufu, who is reincarnated into 1940's archaeologist Carter Hall to become the original Hawkman.

Melbourne United will take on one of the most iconic ficitonal characters in DC Multiverse Round, and will proudly have Batman emblazoned on their uniforms.

Batman, the world's greatest detective, debuted in the 27th issue of Detective Comics in 1939 and was a crucial character in bringing about the shortening of the brand's name to DC.

Cyborg's newfound relevance in the DC Extended Universe has seen him become an emerging favourite of comic fans worldwide, and he features on the Breakers' DC Multiverse Round uniform

Victor Stone is the son of world-class researcher and scientsit Silas Stone, and when he goes snooping around his father's lab, Victor is almost killed and Silas is forced to use a prototype medical prothesis to turn him into Cyborg.

Atom Smasher recently made his big-screen debut in the blockbuster film Black Adam, and will make his NBL debut on the jersey of the Perth Wildcats.

Albert Rothstein was born the godson of the Golden Age Atom, Al Pratt, and is one of the seminal anti-heroes of DC Comics. He's just as likely to align with the Justice League as he is to side with the likes of Deadshot and Harley Quinn in The Suicide Squad.

South East Melbourne's colours have aligned them perfectly to feature Green Lantern on their traditonal green and black uniforms in DC Multiverse Round.

The Green Lantern Corps are a group of intergalactic law enforcers whose rings are powered by the force of willpower. Eight humans have taken on the mantle of Green Lantern, however former fighterpilor Hal Jordan is perhaps the most well-known.

As back-to-back defending champions, Sydney has been the powerhouse of the NBL for the past two seasons, so it only makes sense the Kings get to display the most powerful hero in DC Comics on their DC Multiverse Round jersey ... Superman.

Kel-El was sent to Earth as a baby shortly before his home planet of Krypton was destroyed, and took on the moniker of Clark Kent in the American countryside, and has become one of the most iconic fictional characters in history since his comic debut in 1938.

Tasmania will feature a pair of iconic DC characters on its DC Multiverse Round jerseys, and their clash strip will see them enter opposition arenas with one of the most iconic villains in history on their side.

Aquaman features on the JackJumpers' home strip. Arthur Curry was a founding member of the Justice League, and has rule over the seas as the son of a lighthouse keeper and the queen of Atlantis.

The JackJumpers' white clash strip perfectly matches the pallid complextion of Joker - Crown Prince of Crime and archnemesis of Batman.
