Jacob Rigoni returns to the Adelaide 36ers as a Nominated Replacement Player after a stellar ACL comeback season in the NBL1 Central.

The Adelaide 36ers announced on Thursday the signing of Jacob Rigoni as a Nominated Replacement Player for the Hungry Jack's NBL27 Season.
This is Rigoni's second stint with the club, after playing 12 games for the Sixers between 2023 and 2025.
The 27-year-old made an impressive return from an ACL injury this season, averaging 22.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game playing for the Sturt Sabres in the NBL1 Central competition.
The 197cm forward also has US college experience, having spent five seasons with the Quinnipiac Bobcats in the NCAA before playing one season at Dusseldorf on the German Pro A League.
The 36ers open their NBL27 season against Melbourne at John Cain Arena on Saturday, September 19.
