Known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, unparalleled relationship building skills, and dynamic leadership style, Nikola has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, innovation and successful turnarounds.

Current role

In his current role as PE Portfolio Director – Sports & Entertainment at LK Group, Milivojevic oversees strategic growth and investment initiatives across a diverse portfolio. He specialises in business expansion, operational optimisation, and cultivating key partnerships.

Prior, Nikola held executive leadership positions at Amity Property Group and LK Hospitality Group, where he built several businesses and spearheaded initiatives across the hospitality and real estate sectors. His work focused on optimising operations, designing, building and launching new concepts and venues, enhancing customer experiences, and driving market expansion.

Previous leadership

Before joining LK Group, Nikola spent more than a decade at Tupperware Brands Corporation, where he held multiple executive leadership roles across North America and the Asia-Pacific region:

President, Beauticontrol (North America): led a major restructuring and turnaround, restoring profitability and revitalising brand positioning and sales channels

Managing Director, Nutrimetics (Australia & New Zealand): launched a new business model, enhanced digital capabilities, and strengthened customer engagement, resulting in significant market growth

Regional Vice President of Sales, Tupperware (Northeast U.S.): modernised sales operations, built high-performing teams, and improved overall business performance
