Gordie McLeod returns to the club after 20 years since his last game in the red and white back in 1988.

Since then he has had his Hawks #5 jersey retired alongside other Hawks greats Chuck Harmison, Mat Campbell and Glen Saville.

NBL Coaching Record

• McLeod was the first coach of the West Sydney Razorbacks - leading them to the finals in 2002 and 2004.
• Gordie was also the inaugural coach for Singapore Slingers, earning a playoff birth in their debut season.

Gordie was also the assistant coach for the Australian Boomers at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
